The motor can be mounted to a bench top. In order to mount it to one of AmeriBrade’s pedestal stands, you need to also purchase the dual-swivel mount.

The work rest mounts to the dual-swivel mount. Please purchase a dual-swivel mount separately if you want to also add a work rest.

• Dual-swivel Universal Bench Grinder Mount

  • This mount allows you to grind in three different positions (see pictures).

    • The first position gives you access to the front of the motor for things like a vertical disc.

    • The second position gives you access to the side of the motor for accessories such as buffers, wire wheels, etc.

    • The third position gives you access to a vertical motor for comfortable spindle sanding or a horizontal sanding disc.

  • The swivel positions of this mount let the motor come out in front of your bench edge for unobstructed grinding room and so the working height is not uncomfortably high above your bench.

  • This mount allows this grinder to be mounted to a bench top or to one of AmeriBrade’s pedestal stands.

We also recommend purchasing 3M feathering compound to apply to the face of the disc if you plan on using plain sand paper instead of Peel and Stick Adhesive Discs.

This hanger clicks into the square slots of an AmeriBrade Pedestal stand to hold any of the accessory couplers for the Hyper-Disc bench grinder.

The 4 inch square pedestal has integral storage to keep all of your accessories at arms reach with your grinder.

The stand is 34 inches tall, putting the working height of an AmeriBrade 272 at 46 inches from the ground

Information about feet:

• Leveling Casters- Chosen for the best combination of mobility and stability, the leveling casters let you roll your grinder wherever you want to work. Once it is in place, the turn of a thumb wheel on each caster lowers a rubber foot and lifts the stand off the wheels for a sturdy base that compensates for irregularities in the floor so you have a sturdy base without wobble.
