Description:

The side plate and platen plate are laser cut from 1/4" thick P&O steel. Platen wheels are CNC machined 6061 aluminum and are mounted with 1/2"-20 socket head cap screws.  The wheel bearings are separated by a crush sleeve to protect them from over-tightening. The platen plate is mounted with 1/4"-20 countersunk flathead fasteners and can be adjusted into tangency with the platen wheels.
